How to use
It is recommended to take 0.5 ml twice a day, directly under the tongue.
11 drops correspond to the 0.5 ml mark on the internal dropper.
Eventually the product can be diluted in a little water. To promote sleep at night, it is recommended to take it in the evening. Shake before using.
