Description
Supplement based on B vitamins, in balanced doses and in particular it contains folate in its active form (5-MTHF) useful for contributing to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.
B vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism (vitamins B1, B6, B12), to the formation of red blood cells (vitamin B12), to normal homocysteine metabolism (vitamins B6, B9 or folic acid, B12). Finally, vitamins B1, B6, B12 contribute to the normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

How to use
Take 1 tablet a day to dissolve in a glass of water.
