Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Edible gelatin, Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) fruit dry extract (11.85%) titrated at 15% in anthocyanidins; Anti-caking agents: Magnesium stearate, Talc, Silicon dioxide.

How to use
Take 2 capsules in the morning upon waking and one capsule in the late afternoon on an empty stomach. To be swallowed with a little water.
