Description
Food supplement of magnesium and potassium, with iron, creatine, carnitine and beta-alanine. Magnesium and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism. Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function. Sugar free, with sweeteners.

Creatine monohydrate; acidity regulator: citric acid; magnesium salts of citric acid, potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid, maltodextrin, beta-alanine, L-carnitine tartrate; sweeteners: aspartame, sucralose; ferric pyrophosphate; flavorings; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

How to use
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (180 ml), mix and drink the solution obtained. 2 sachets per day are recommended.
