Property
Lycopene
Carotenoid with antioxidant action, protects cell membrane structures from attack by circulating free radicals.
Astaxanthin
Carotenoid produced by microalgae of the Haematococcus pluvialis species. Antioxidant agent for inactivation of free radicals and inhibition of all reds. Protects the membranes of Langherans cells and keratinocytes from damage induced by solar radiation.
Betacarotene
Carotenoid precursor of vitamin A, with antioxidant action against free radicals.
Shark cartilage
Strengthens the immune defenses and stimulates cellular regenerative processes, accelerating tussutal healing.
Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone)
In the skin it has fat-soluble antioxidant activity, with neutralization of peroxides which, by damaging collagen and elastin, are responsible for the loss of elasticity and the formation of wrinkles.
Tyrosine
Amino acid precursor of melatonin. During its transformation into melanin, it favors the oxidation of phenols (toxic molecules) into quinones (low toxicity molecules).
Glucosamine (chondroitin)
It stimulates the production of glucosaminoglycans, essential for the integrity of the connective tissue and the dermis. Its action is synergistic with that of shark cartilage.
