VITTORIA LOTION 0.1G/100G SKIN SOLUTION
Therapeutic indications
Disinfection and cleaning of the skin in case of abrasions and superficial wounds.
Dosage and method of use
Soak a cotton ball or gauze with a little product and apply to the affected parts, 2-3 times a day, without exceeding the recommended doses. The medicine does not require dilution. For cutaneous use.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients listed in paragraph 6.1
Side effects
It is possible that intolerance (burning or irritation) may occur which does not require modification of the treatment. Reporting of suspected adverse reactions . Reporting suspected adverse reactions that occur after authorization of the medicinal product is important, as it allows continuous monitoring of the benefit/risk balance of the medicinal product. Special warnings
Do not use for prolonged treatments; after a short period of treatment without appreciable results, clinical evaluation is necessary. Accidental ingestion or inhalation of some disinfectants can have serious, sometimes fatal, consequences. Avoid exposure to ultraviolet rays (sun or artificial sources) after applying the product. Avoid contact with eyes. The product is for external use only, do not use on severely damaged skin. The especially prolonged use of products for topical use can give rise to sensitization phenomena, in which case it is necessary to interrupt the treatment and carry out an appropriate clinical evaluation. Important information about some excipients: This medicine contains lemon essence which in turn contains allergens: citral, linalool, limonene, citronellol, geraniol, eugenol. Allergens can cause allergic reactions. This medicine contains 570 mg of alcohol (ethanol) in each gram, which is equivalent to 51.7 %g /100 ml. May cause burning sensation on damaged skin.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
There are no limitations on use.
Expiration and conservation
The product is easily flammable. Store in tightly closed containers, away from flames, sparks and any heat source. NOT SMOKING.
Interactions with other drugs
Avoid the simultaneous use of other antiseptics and detergents
Overdose
Under normal conditions of use, no harm from overdose has been reported. Accidental ingestion may cause nausea and vomiting. Symptoms of intoxication following the ingestion of significant quantities of quaternary ammonium compounds include: dyspnoea, cyanosis, asphyxia, resulting from paralysis of the respiratory muscles, CNS depression, hypotension and coma. In humans the lethal dose is approx. 1-3g. Treatment of poisoning is symptomatic: administer soothing medications if necessary. Avoid emesis and gastric lavage.
