Food supplement based on lactic ferments, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), inulin and red poppy. Lactic ferments (probiotics), inulin and fructo-oligosaccharides (prebiotics) favor the balance of the intestinal flora. The red poppy counteracts localized states of tension.

How to use
We recommend taking one sachet a day, between meals, dissolved in a glass of water (100 ml).
