C vitamin
It contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It supports the normal functioning of the nervous system and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and promotes the formation of collagen for the normal function of the gums, skin, cartilage and bones.
Acerola Cherry and Dog Rose
They have a supporting and restorative action and an antioxidant action.

Ingredients
Vitamin C ester; standardized citrus extract: (whole orange fruits Citrus sinensis L., grapefruit Citrus paradisi Macfad, lemon Citrus limon Burm. How to use
Swallow 1 to 2 vegetarian capsules a day, with water, preferably with meals.
