How to use
1. Roll and squeeze the cap with your fingers until you have a smooth, wrinkle-free cylinder.
2. To make sure the cap fits snugly, place your hand over your head and gently pull your ear up and out.
3. Insert the rounded, compressed end of the plug into the ear canal. The pointed end must go in first.
4. Wait for a few seconds while the cap expands. When the plug is inserted correctly it must not protrude from the ear. Incorrect entry does not guarantee complete protection.
Removal: To avoid damaging the ear canal, remove the plug by twisting it gently and slowly pulling it out of the ear canal.

Warnings
Earplugs must be worn, adjusted and stored according to the instructions. If the instructions are not followed, operation and protection can be severely impaired. Some chemicals can have adverse effects on the product. Avoid contact with water. Further information must be requested from the manufacturer. Noisy environments require the use of earplugs in all cases. Caps must be worn before entering the rooms. Sudden or quick removal of ear plugs from the ear canal can damage the eardrum.
