OZODROP Ophthalmic Gel K 6 ml: Protective and Lubricant for the Eye

Protective, lubricating, hydrating and soothing ophthalmic gel for the ocular surface based on LipozonEye (ozonated vegetable oil, soy phospholipids), hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC) and kolliphor.
Ozodrop Gel-K, thanks to its components, has the ability to form a persistent and homogeneous film on the corneal surface which ensures longer-lasting protection than ophthalmic solutions.
Ozodrop gel-K, thanks to ozonated oil and liposomes, reduces the ability of bacteria to form biofilm and promotes its disintegration. Biofilm is a natural defense mechanism that bacteria employ and can form on the ocular surface, especially in cases of abrasions and trauma, or on contact lenses. Removing biofilm creates an unfavorable environment for bacterial growth and makes the bacteria more exposed to both the eye's natural defenses and antibiotics; this reduces the inflammatory symptoms caused by the bacteria themselves.
The presence of vegetable oil and liposomes promotes the stabilization of the lipid phase of the tear film, reducing the evaporation of the aqueous phase and ensuring immediate relief.
The vegetable oil used is ozonated and therefore self-preserved, made more bioavailable and biotolerable by its insertion inside liposomes.
Ozodrop Gel-K is indicated:
- in the protection of ocular surface lesions (traumatic, abrasive, surgical, etc.), assisting the physiological repair processes;
- in case of inflammatory pathologies of the cornea (keratitis) and conjunctiva (conjunctivitis), even of infectious origin (bacteria, viruses, fungi);
- as an adjuvant to antibiotic therapy, both in adults and children.
Furthermore, thanks to the protective, lubricating and hydrating action of its components, Ozodrop Gel-K is useful in the treatment of dry eyes, even in the presence of irritation caused by environmental conditions or mechanical stress, such as the use of contact lenses.

Instill one or two drops 3-4 times a day or as directed by your doctor.
The product can be used while wearing contact lenses.

LipozonEye (self-preserved ozonated vegetable oil, soy phospholipids), hydroxyethylcellulose, boric acid, sodium tetraborate, disodium edetate sodium, PHMB, kolliphor P407 and purified water.

Wash your hands thoroughly before using the product.
Do not use the product in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the product's components.
Do not touch the eye surface with the dropper tip.
Close the bottle tightly after use.
Do not use the product after 30 days of opening.
The product may cause a slight and temporary blurring of vision when instilled; wait until the symptom disappears before starting activities that require full vision.
Administer the product at least 5 minutes before or after the administration of other topical ophthalmic products.
In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and consult a specialist.
Do not ingest.
Keep away from heat sources.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use the product after the expiration date.
Do not use the product if the packaging appears damaged.
Sterile until first opened.

Store the product at a temperature between 5° and 25°C.
Shelf life when packaged intact: 20 months.
