TUBE FOR AEROSOL THERAPY

Medical device:
Class I when used as generic air hoses.
Class IIA when used as tubes for Aerosol equipment.
Intended for connecting air sources to nebulizing ampoules or centralized systems. The device consists of a 1.5 m long F / F tube and two universal adapters to connect the air source to nebulizing ampoules or centralized systems.

How to use
Cleaning
The tube and the adapters can be washed with hot water using a little non-abrasive detergent and rinsed under running water. Before being stored, the tube and the adapters must be dried on the outside and allowed to drain until the inside is dry. Any drops of residual moisture in the tube and in the adapters must be eliminated before use to prevent water from entering the tube into the motor of the appliance, damaging it.
Disinfection
The tube and the adapters, after being washed, can be immersed in a cold disinfectant solution (such as a 5.25% sodium hypochlorite solution), following the instructions given by the manufacturer (attention must be consulted, checking that the solution disinfectant is compatible with the material of which the tube is made).
