Food supplement of magnesium, boswellia, L-tryptophan (precursor of serotonin).
- Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and psychological function.
- Boswellia counteracts localized states of tension.
The product is:
- it is gluten -free and can be taken by celiacs;
- it does not contain sodium, it can be taken by hypertensive patients;
- does not contain lactose and milk derivatives;
- can also be taken by vegetarians and vegans.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity already known to its components.

Ingrediants
Each sachet contains:
Magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate) (225 mg), Boswellia (175 mg), L-tryptophan (150 mg).

How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 sachets a day to be dispersed in a glass of water (about 150 ml), after the main meals (lunch and dinner).
Initially the dose should be 2 sachets per day for at least 15 days.
Then proceed with 1 sachet a day for at least 1 month.

Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years old.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
No scientific data are available on use in pregnancy and lactation.
It is advisable to consult your doctor, especially in the first trimester of pregnancy.
