Description
Hypertonic saline solution (3.5%) buffered particularly suitable for the treatment of the respiratory tract thanks to its activity of restoring the mucociliary clearance of the nasal mucosa. It also carries out an anti-edema action on the tissues and facilitates the mechanical removal of secretions.

Components
2.5% sodium chloride; sodium bicarbonate 1%; 0.05% monosodium phosphate; distilled water to taste
