Indications
Indicated in cases of low intake or increased need for magnesium.

Dosage and method of use
1 daily dose in 1 g sachets. administered in the middle of the morning or after dinner may be sufficient to supplement the quantity of magnesium taken with the diet, especially in combination with potassium ascorbate (also in the formulation with Ribose). In the latter case, cycles of magnesium chloride of 10-15 days per month are recommended.
