Psyllium fiber food supplement with sweetener.
Plantago ovata has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and soothing action. It regulates intestinal transit and contributes to the formation of stools of normal consistency and volume.
Plum and kiwi flavor.
Without aspartame.

Ingredients
Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata), alpha-galactosidase and beta-galactosidase.

Gluten free .

How to use
Adults and children over 12 years: one sachet, two to three times a day, immediately before meals.
Children between 6 and 12 years: ½ sachet, two-three times a day, immediately before meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not take Plantalax 3 together with antidiarrheal drugs. The product is contraindicated in case of abnormal narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract and therefore should not be used if there is a risk of intestinal obstruction or it is already present.
