How to use
For adults.
Dissolve one sachet in 500 ml of water (half-liter bottle or flask), mix / shake well. You will get a hypotonic energy-saline drink ready to use, ideal in cases of both competitive and amateur physical activity. It is recommended to take Polase Sport before, during and immediately after physical activity, in sips at regular intervals. The amount to be taken depends on the duration and intensity of physical effort. It is recommended not to exceed 3 sachets per day.
