Exercise of the Digital Right of Withdrawal (Article 54-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005)
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products.
The request can be submitted digitally and without logging in using the "Withdraw from the contract" function accessible at the bottom of the website pages.
The online form requires a double confirmation step and generates an immediate email receipt containing the date and exact time of receipt of the request.
The system requires the entry of the minimum order identification data and provides a double confirmation screen before sending.
After submission, the user will receive an automatic email notification containing the date and exact time of receipt of the request.
The user will then receive a second email confirming whether or not the withdrawal request has been accepted and, if so, providing detailed information on how to proceed with returning the products.
Exceptions and Strict Limitations to Returns (Article 59 of the Consumer Code)
In accordance with the regulations protecting public health and drug safety, the right of return is strictly excluded for the following types of goods distributed by our e-commerce site:
SOP and OTC (over-the-counter) medicines: return is excluded for any type of medicine, regardless of the integrity of the packaging, due to the risk of alteration and the impossibility of ensuring proper post-delivery preservation.
Products sealed for hygiene or health reasons: return is excluded for cosmetics, creams, food supplements, disposable medical devices, or medical items in contact with the skin that have been opened or removed from their original seal after delivery.
Perishable goods: special food products or short-life formulas. Online returns will be authorized and processed only for parapharmaceutical products returned with the factory seal intact and the packaging completely intact.
If you purchase with a VAT number, you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal. Furthermore, you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal for over-the-counter/non-prescription medications and medical devices. Furthermore, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal if the supply concerns food, beverages, or other goods intended for the daily consumption of the household and physically delivered in frequent and regular rounds to the consumer's home, residence, or workplace.
Return Policy
The right of withdrawal applies to the purchased product in its entirety.
The purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including the leaflet, box, any accompanying items, etc.). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; the return must be sent to Irisfarma – Parafarmacia Nazionale, Via Nazionale 156, 87027 Paola CS, using any shipping method of your choice, provided it is traceable. The shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer until the warehouse receives confirmation of receipt.
In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Irisfarma will notify the customer (within the business day following receipt of the goods at its warehouse), allowing them to promptly file a complaint with the courier of their choice and obtain a refund for the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs borne by the customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
We are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected to assess its use, in the case of creams or liquid products, or for any damage not resulting from transportation. In these cases, the right of withdrawal is forfeited entirely, due to the lack of the essential integrity of the item (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where IrisFarma finds:
- The lack of the original packaging and/or accessories.
- Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation or due to exceeding the time limits established by law, for reasons not attributable to Irisfarma.com.
