Food supplement based on extracts of Passiflora, Oats, Melissa and Valerian.

Ingredients

	for 60 drops (daily dose)	quantity corresponding of fresh plant
Passionflower aerial parts hydroalcoholic extract	1.20 ml	120 mg
Oat seeds hydroalcoholic extract	0.6 ml	60 mg
Lemon balm leaves hydroalcoholic extract	0.6 ml	60 mg
Valerian root hydroalcoholic extract	0.6 ml	60 mg
Other ingredients: additives (water, alcohol 61.9% vol). Contains gluten from Oats.

How to use
For daytime relaxation: 20 drops, 3 times a day, diluted in a little water.
For night rest: 40-50 drops, 30 minutes before bedtime.
