How to use We recommend taking one capsule a day, preferably in the evening.
Warnings Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children under 18 years of age and adults over 70 years of age. It should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering and lipid-lowering medications or if you are already consuming other products containing red yeast rice. Seek advice from a doctor on consumption in case of health problems. It is recommended not to consume more than 3 mg of monacolins from red rice per day.
