Ingredients
Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjak).

How to use
Adults: 1-2 capsules a day are recommended. In case of severe obesity: 3 capsules per day.
Children from 6 years of age: it is recommended to take 1-2 capsules a day.
Take before main meals with 1-2 glasses of water.
