Description
Food supplement based on vitamin H (biotin), zinc and copper which contribute to the normal maintenance of hair. Furthermore, zinc contributes to the normal maintenance of nails. The amino acids L-cystine and L-methionine are important for the formation of keratin, the main constituent of nails and hair.

Ingredients
Stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; L-methionine, L-cystine, grape seeds (Vitis vinifera L., seeds) tit. 95% proanthocyanidins, zinc gluconate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, fatty acids, riboflavin; calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), copper gluconate, D-biotin (vitamin H).

Gluten and lactose free.

Instructions for use
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day swallowed with water.

Warnings
It can be taken by women postpartum and during breastfeeding. Do not use during pregnancy or unless after consulting your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to the components. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
