Food supplement with creatine, beta-alanine, arginine, carnitine, vitamins and minerals.
Vitamin B1 helps to support energy metabolism, helps regulate psychological and cardiac function. Vitamin C, magnesium, iron and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. How to use
We recommend taking 1 sachet per day.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 200 ml of water, mix and drink immediately.
