Description
Food supplement that provides a selected blend of substances including creatine, arginine and carnitine. Vitamin B6 supports the metabolism of proteins and glycogen. Vitamin B1 helps to support energy metabolism, helps regulate psychological and cardiac function. Vitamin C, magnesium and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, potassium to normal muscle function. Vitamin E performs an antioxidant function by helping to protect cells from free radicals.

How to use
1-2 sachets a day after main meals. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a glass of water (about 150 ml), mix and drink immediately.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended doses for daily intake. In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks), the doctor's opinion is required.
The product is intended for adults only and is contraindicated in pregnancy and in cases of kidney disease. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
