How to use
Take 1 or 2 tablets a day on a full stomach, to maintain the vitality and effectiveness of the lactic ferments for longer. Constant, regular and prolonged use every day is recommended.

For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
