Nettle, thanks to the presence of phytosterols (β-sitosterol, daucosterol and related glucosides), favors a purifying, diuretic and alkalizing action: positive effects in the treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy.
Ripe pumpkin seeds are a traditional remedy used in cases of enlarged prostate gland. Thanks to the high content of linoleic acid, oleic acid and sterols, pumpkin seeds exert a tonic action on the bladder and a relaxing action on the sphincter at the level of the bladder neck.
Pomegranate is rich in phenolic substances, especially ellagic acid, an active ingredient that boasts antioxidant properties, favoring the slowing of lipid peroxidation and the decrease of apoptosis caused by oxidative stress.
The epilobium, thanks to the content of ellagitannins (enothelin B), is able to inhibit the 5-alpha reductase enzyme, counteracting benign prostatic hypertrophy.
Boswellic acids determine an important anti-inflammatory action on the prostate gland.
Zinc affects the metabolism of androgens by inhibiting the activity of the enzyme that converts testosterone into DHT, 5alpha-reductase.

How to use
It is suggested to take 1 tablet per day.
