How to use
The best time to take magnesium is away from meals. In the morning, during the day or during periods of increased tiredness and fatigue.
Adults: a dosage of one teaspoon per day in a full glass of water (200 ml) is recommended. Wait for the transparency of the solution to be reached, indicating the ideal time for hiring. Warm or hot water is preferred simply to reduce the preparation time. Take up to twice a day as needed.
Children: 11-14 years one teaspoon once a day; 3-11 years half a teaspoon once a day.

Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
In case of a laxative effect it is recommended to reduce the dose and an evening intake. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the quantity. In both cases it is then possible to increase the dosage to the best tolerated one.
