Enerplus Mente Attiva helps manage psychological stress and overcome physical and mental fatigue thanks to its content of Cereboost, a special titrated extract of American ginseng with a tonic-adaptogenic effect, and guarana, which acts as a tonic against physical and mental fatigue. It also contains Aronia, a plant rich in polyphenols with a characteristic purple color, with supporting and restorative properties, and vitamins B1, B3, and B6, which contribute to energy metabolism and normal psychological function.
