Food supplement of magnesium and zinc in bisglycinated form, potassium and ginseng, useful for providing an additional amount of these nutrients to the daily diet in the presence of food deficiencies or increased needs.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Furthermore, potassium and magnesium help maintain normal muscle function.
Ginseng has an antioxidant, adaptogenic and tonic activity in case of physical and mental tiredness.

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (150 ml), mixing well. Take up to a maximum of 2 sachets per day.
