Potassium is an essential constituent of living cells and is the main positive electrolyte of intracellular fluids. The richest food sources of potassium are of plant origin: fruits and vegetables, kelp and, last but not least, brewer's yeast.
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, the normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Take 2-3 tablets a day without chewing or crushing, during meals with a full glass of water. The formulation has been created to allow gradual and prolonged absorption over time.
