Description
Dietary supplement.
It is indicated in all magnesium and potassium deficiency states due to poor dietary intake, intense physical activity, increased requirement. Magnesium is conveyed by 5 salts: pidolate, citrate, gluconate, lactate and carbonate; potassium comes from 3 salts: citrate, gluconate and chloride.

Ingredients
Sweetener: erythritol; potassium citrate; acidifier: citric acid; magnesium citrate, potassium gluconate, aroma, magnesium gluconate, magnesium L-pidolate, magnesium lactate, potassium chloride, magnesium carbonate; colouring: beta-carotene; sweetener: sucralose.

Gluten-free, lactose-free and aspartame-free.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day after main meals. Pour the contents of 1 sachet into a glass of water (about 150 ml), mix and drink immediately. It is possible to dissolve the contents of one sachet in a 500 ml bottle and take over the course of 2-3 hours.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses for daily intake. In case of prolonged use or in subjects with renal insufficiency it is advisable to consult your doctor. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Contains polyols: excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
