Food supplement of vitamin D, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal teeth. It regulates the metabolism of calcium by promoting intestinal absorption.
It does not contain gluten, lactose, starch, salt (sodium chloride), sugar.

Ingredients
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, vegetable magnesium stearate.

How to use
Take 2 tablets a day during the main meal.

Drug interactions
Vitamin D interacts with blood thinners and calcium channel blockers. They can cause depletion of vitamin D levels: bronchodilators, drugs to lower cholesterol, antihistamines, drugs against tuberculosis and progestogens.

Interactions with other nutrients
Vitamin D is linked to the metabolism of calcium together with which it is necessary for the proper development and maintenance of good health of the bone tissue.

Toxicity - Undesirable effects
Vitamin D, of all vitamins, is the most potentially toxic. Signs of acute intoxication can occur after prolonged administration of 250-1250 µg / day of vitamin D and are represented by nausea, diarrhea, weight loss, hypercalcemia, nephrocalcinosis, soft tissue calcification, premature hardening of the arteries.
