Vitamin B8, biotin, is a water-soluble vitamin essential for normal cell functions, growth and development. It has been shown that its deficiency causes alterations of the skin and its annexes eg. skin flaking and nail fragility. The latter condition is particularly common in women since repeated hand washing, certain detergents and solvents can alter the keratin of the nail plate, ending the nail unclamping. Biotin, on the other hand, promotes the keratinization process and regulates the production of sebum in the scalp. It has been shown that supplementing with this nutrient, even in the absence of a real physiological deficiency, leads to an improvement in the thickness of the nails and the quality of the hair.

Ingredients
Vitamin B8 (biotin); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; dibasic calcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid; vegetable magnesium stearate; silicon dioxide; thickener: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.

How to use
Swallow half a tablet a day, with water, preferably with a meal.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
