Property
Fermented red rice, thanks to its Monacoline content, has a normalizing action on the levels of total cholesterol, LDL and triglycerides; it also has antioxidant properties. In particular, Monacolin inhibits the synthetic pathway of endogenous cholesterol, consequently there is a decrease in its concentration in the organism.
Policosanols decrease serum concentrations of total and LDL cholesterol, while increasing HDL levels. They are also able to inhibit atherosclerotic lesions, prevent lipoprotein peroxidation and inhibit platelet aggregation, both in healthy individuals and in hypercholesterolemic individuals.
Guggul works by stimulating the hepatic metabolism of LDL: it decreases the levels of very low density lipoproteins (VLDL) and low density (LDL), while simultaneously elevating the high density ones (HDL), preventing heart disease due to atherosclerosis.
Silymarin extracted from the fruits of milk thistle exerts an effective hepatoprotective activity and a regenerating action at the level of the hepatocyte: it limits the penetration of toxic substances into the hepatocyte cells, determines a decrease in the exchange of membrane lipids, inhibits peroxidation of lipids and stimulates RNA synthesis, with a consequent increase in reparative processes at the level of the liver cell.

Milk thistle (Silybum marianum Gaertn.) Fruit dry extract titrated 80% Silymarin, Fermented Red Rice (Monascus purpureus) seeds dry extract titrated 3% Monacolina, Guggul (Commiphora mukul Hook) purified resin titrated dry extract 10% Guggulipids and 2.5% Guggulsterones, Sugar cane juice (Saccharum officinarum L.) titled 98% Policosanols and 60% Octacosanol.

Without gluten and glucose. Naturally devoid of lactose.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 capsule a day, preferably in the evening.

Contraindications
Do not use during pregnancy, lactation and in case of therapy with lipid-lowering drugs.
There are no known side effects related to the use of the product; avoid in case of ascertained hypersensitivity to one or more components of the product.

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
