Food supplement of zinc, copper, vitamin C, vitamin E, melatonin, taurine, selenium, serenoa repens, urtica dioica, biotin. Useful in case of low dietary intake of these nutrients, or of an increase in their requirement.
The presence of Melatonin favors the body's adaptation to changes in time zones (jet lag).
