Description
Food supplement of chitosan, psyllium, vitamin C, iron, zinc and chromium with citrus aurantium extract, useful adjuvant for weight control. In particular, psyllium limits the absorption of nutrients and together with chromium, zinc and citrus aurantium extract favor the normal metabolism of lipids and carbohydrates.

How to use
In diets for weight reduction: it is recommended to take 2 tablets half an hour before lunch and half an hour before dinner. In conjunction with the intake of products rich in fiber it is advisable to drink plenty of fluids. In maintenance diets: 1 tablet 2 times a day before main meals.

Warnings
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
