Ingredients
Water, magnesium chloride, maltose, manganese gluconate; anti-caking agents: calcium silicate, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate - food additives from natural sources (rhodonite and dolomite); trace lithium carbonate.

Without alcohol, preservatives, gluten . Naturally lactose free.

How to use
1 ampoule per day is recommended. Hold the contents under the tongue for 1-2 minutes, then swallow. To be taken preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, unless otherwise indicated by the specialist. The duration of use varies according to the results obtained. In states linked to specific problems, 3 or 4 administrations may be sufficient. A prolonged period (even 2-4 months) may be required to restore balance. It is good to distance the frequency of intake and stop with the improvement.
