Therapeutic indications
Symptomatic treatment in coughs of any nature, irritative cough and smoker's cough.
Dosage and method of use
Children: 1 tablespoon 2 times a day Adults: 1 tablespoon 2 to 4 times a day Method of administration To be taken as it is or diluted in your favorite drink (hot or cold), preferably between meals.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1. - Pregnancy - Diabetes.
Side effects
Rarely reported nausea and other mild gastrointestinal disturbances. Reporting of suspected adverse reactions Reporting suspected adverse reactions that occur after authorization of the medicinal product is important, as it allows continuous monitoring of the benefit / risk ratio of the medicinal product. Special warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. After a short period of treatment without appreciable results, consult your doctor. This medicinal product contains sucrose : patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency, should not take this medicine. One dose (1 tablespoon) of this medicine given to a child aged 2 years or older (12 kg) would result in exposure to 346 mg / kg of ethanol which may cause an increase in blood alcohol concentration (BAC) approximately 4.8 mg / 100 ml. Co-administration with medicinal products containing e.g. Propylene glycol or ethanol can lead to the accumulation of ethanol and induce adverse effects, particularly in young children with low or immature metabolic activity.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
As a precaution, the use of the product during breastfeeding is not recommended.

Active principles
100 ml of syrup contain: Active ingredients: potassium sulfoguaiacolate 1.2 g; dropropizine 0.1 g Excipient with known effect: sucrose, ethanol and p-hydroxybenzoate. For the full list of excipients, see section 6.1.
Excipients
The other ingredients are : sucrose, ethanol, sweet orange essence aroma, citric acid monohydrate, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, purified water.
