Maltodextrin, Latcobacillus rhamnosus HA-111 (BCCM / LMG S-24805), Lactobacillus casei HA-108 (BCCM / LMG S-24115), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; Lactobacillus acidophilus HA-122 (BCCM / LMG S-24802), Bifidobacterium longum HA-135 (BCCM / LGM S-24801), Bifidobacterium breve HA-129 (BCCM / LMG S-24800), acidity regulator: ascorbic acid; vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vegetable capsules: hypromellose.

How to use
1-2 capsules per day to be swallowed with water.
The contents of the capsule can be poured into non-hot liquid.
