Description
Food supplement based on Magnesium and Griffonia extract. Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and helps normal muscle function and the regular functioning of the nervous system. Periodar is useful in Magnesium deficiency states. The Griffonia contained in Periodar is useful for maintaining a normal mood and contributes to relaxation and mental well-being. In particular, Periodar contains 5-hydroxytryptophan, extracted from the seeds of Griffonia simplicifolia, a natural source of this substance. Unlike tryptophan, its direct precursor, 5 hydroxytryptophan can pass through the blood brain barrier and is converted into serotonin in brain tissue by a specific enzyme (5-hydroxytryptophan-decarboxylase).

Ingredients
Sweetener: sorbitol; magnesium oxide, fructose, flavor; anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; griffonia es (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill., seeds) tit. in 5-HTP; acidifier: citric acid.

Without gluten is lactose.

How to use
We recommend taking one tablet a day to chew or suck preferably in the evening. The product is not intended for children under 3 years old.

Warnings
When taking the tablet out of the wrapper, pay particular attention not to damage the nearby alveoli: exert slight pressure on the end of the alveolus or, alternatively, score the aluminum on the back of the blister, lift it and remove the tablet. In case of accidental breakage of an alveolus, the tablet contained in it could darken over time: this would in no way compromise its activity and stability. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.

Store away from light and in a cool, dry place. The minimum storage term refers to the product properly stored, in unopened package.
